November 11 Dinner with Gary Kubiak

Gary Wayne Kubiak, an American former professional football player and coach in the National Football League (NFL), will be addressing the Touchdown Club of Athens members on November 11. Kubiak played as a quarterback for the Denver Broncos before transitioning to coaching. He served as head coach for the Houston Texans from 2006 to 2013 and later for the Broncos from 2015 to 2016. His coaching career includes participation in seven Super Bowls, winning three as an assistant coach with the 49ers and the Broncos, and securing Super Bowl 50 as the head coach of the Broncos¹.

Additionally, Shedrick Wynn, a former Bulldog football player, will also be part of the event. Wynn enrolled at the University of Georgia in 1999 and persevered for nearly 20 years to earn his degree in Housing Management and Policy. Despite an injury that cut short his athletic career, Wynn’s determination led him back to the classroom, where he now shares his experiences with current Bulldogs. His journey exemplifies the theme of working hard both on and off the field². 🏈🎙️
